Dev Setup for Home Infra Cluster

Usage

  • Run make full to spin up a k3d cluster running argocd and crossplane with password123 as the argo password
  • This also installs all the providers I need for all my helm charts
  • vist argocd.localhost to access the argocd UI

Expected Values in .env

  • ENVIRONMENT
  • AWS_ACCESS_KEY_ID
  • AWS_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY

Example values:

ENVIRONMENT=local
AWS_ACCESS_KEY_ID=test
AWS_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY=test

TODO

  • Create flake
  • Work on deployment to 'prod' cluster
  • Don't use custom NFS image
    • Instead, use separate repo for PVC since multiple apps will need it
    • Create on just for k3s / local clusters, another for the actual cluster
